Dealing With Self-Esteem & Behavior Mentality
• At Risk Advantage and Disadvantage Youth

• Teen Issues and Concerns

We accept referrals from teachers, grandparents, guidance counselors, neighbors and other concerned individuals. However enrollment in our program requires approval and participation by a child's parent or legal guardian. All parents must want their teenage daughter or son to be in our program, and all teenage students must want a mentor.

Our daughters come from many types of home environments and family structures, different socio-economic levels, ethnic backgrounds, and neighborhoods and schools across all communities. Some of the young ladies are overburdened with adult responsibilities, shy, depressed, self-esteem issues, anxiety, stress, peer-pressure or withdrawn, or just not receiving enough individual attention from an adult who will listen. Their backgrounds and personalities are unique, but they all have a need for friendship with a caring adult.

Young ladies and young men have to be in the age group 8-18 and register for the 12 week session to participate in the program.

Is there a fee for the program? Yes, the fee covers the first 12 weeks to discipline the lifestyle of the youth, but after the program is free.

It is critical that the parent plays an important role in the Six- week sessions and initiation.
